Who We Are
MPS is a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) certified Woman Owned Small Business whose mission is to deliver customer focused advanced technology solutions to defend and secure the United States and our allies.
MPS was borne from the successful partnership of two proven DoD contractors, Mobius Consulting and Parsons Corporation through the DoD Small Business and SBA Small Business Mentor Protégé programs. In 2018 the team was awarded the prestigious Nunn-Perry Award, which recognizes outstanding Mentor-Protégé teams formed under the auspices of the DoD Mentor-Protégé program, based on its accomplishments, including the creation of a modeling and simulation tool that directly supports MDA decision makers and the warfighter.
As a result of the ongoing partnership, the MPS team is able to support space-based solutions with advanced technologies that will help our country dominate the battle space as we move forward into the future.
