MPS supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Engineering Directorate (MDA/DE) under the Technical, Engineering, Advisory, and Management (TEAMS) Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) Systems Engineering contract.
Under this contract, we provide expert systems engineering and integration services that supports the development of a highly integrated and effective BMDS capability to defend the United States, regional interests, allies, and deployed forces against ballistic missile threats of all ranges and in all phases of flight.
Specifically, MPS assists with the planning and development of system level objectives and requirements. These objectives and requirements support the System level integration, test, and verification functions at the system and subsystem levels.
Our analysts trace the Element level requirements to one or more system-level requirements and obtain verification data through ground test (GT) and flight test (FT) events, and system level modeling and simulation.

MDA Technical, Engineering, Advisory, & Management Support (TEAMS) Next Test Support: Qualified candidates will support the Missile Defense Agency’s (MDA) mission to develop, test, and field an integrated, layered Missile Defense System (MDS) to defend the United States (U.S.), its deployed forces, allies, and friends against all ranges of enemy missiles in all phases of flight. Candidates will perform activities across the entire test life cycle, including planning, development, implementation, sustainment, execution, analysis, and assessment of testing and test related functions.
Performance locations for this work include the National Capital Region (NCR); Colorado Springs, CO; and Huntsville, AL.
