Alexandria, VA (July 22, 2021) – Mobius Parsons Solutions (MPS), LLC was awarded a $567 million
contract by the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) for the Technical, Engineering, Advisory, and
Management Support (TEAMS) – Next Systems Test Support. This contract has three base years
commencing in September 2021, with one three-year option and one additional six-month option
MPS is a Joint Venture (JV) between Mobius Consulting, LLC and Parsons Corporation (NYSE: PSN) under
the Small Business Administration All Small Mentor/Protégé program. Mobius serves as the majority
partner, and Parsons is the minority partner. This JV gives MDA access to small business agility and large
business reach and performance assurance.

MPS will provide test planning, execution, and analysis services to span MDA’s test enterprise, including
flight testing, ground testing, cyber testing, wargames and exercises, international test support, and
overarching organizational test support.
